Well regarded luxury house builder, Jim Evans and his team, couldn't be happier with the stunning finish achieved with his latest beautiful bespoke build – a show stopping 4 floor, 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom home located in idyllic Worsley.

Real Tiles & Bathroom was thrilled to supply all the bathroom sanitary-ware & fittings, designer radiators and floor & wall tiles throughout.

On approaching the property, a striking entrance greets visitors with its lead effect metallic finish tiles from the Flaviker Rebel collection with an oxidised metal tone and featuring a translucent effect and colour contrast, recreating the appeal of aged materials.


The immense kitchen with its large dining area and break out living space forms the centre piece of the home. The client is delighted with how their choice of the porcelain wood effect tiles sits within the entire downstairs space. The tiles are Flaviker Dakota Grigio (30 x 120cm) and laid within a herringbone pattern.

For a seamless, indoor – outdoor aesthetic, the wood effect tiles continue from the kitchen area onto the expansive terrace, creating a delightful entertaining area.

A welcome additional feature within the garden has also been created with steps leading to a side gate, off the back garden, again tiled with the wood effect tiles.

For additional continuity and seamless flow throughout, all seven bathrooms were furnished with the same stylised black Bagno fittings, and designer black radiators, complemented with beautiful Flaviker Blue Savoy Graphite floor tiles (60 x 120cm).


The bathrooms were finished with Flaviker Supreme Evo Statuario (60 x 120cm) the timeless large-format marble effect porcelain stoneware collection – complemented perfectly with eye-catching LED lighting for a dramatic effect.
