Luxury Installation for a Growing Bramhall Family

As a director of a high-end residential construction business, D & P Quality Construction, discerning customer Mr Nicholls and his wife knew exactly which bathroom and flooring retailer they would select for their own luxury family home project.

Having bought a house in need of complete modernisation in December 2020, Damian and Natalie began extending and renovating their Bramhall-based house, as soon as the planning permission was granted in Spring 2022. After working closely with Real Stone, Tile and Bathroom over the years on client projects, the couple placed their full confidence in the team to help them design and fully fit out four bathrooms, as well as provide all the flooring for entire downstairs of their newly extended home.

Damian explains: "The team was extremely supportive from start to finish. As soon as we discussed with Mark what we were looking for, and the finish we wanted to achieve for the bathrooms, the team brought out the books and together we selected the bathroom furniture, brassware, accessories and designer radiators and porcelain flooring from the highly rated Bango and Tissino collections."

Elaborating further Damian adds: "And for all the downstairs rooms we choose luxury wood effect Flaviker porcelain flooring, in Dakota Naturalle, underlaid with underfloor heating, which is perfect for the large open area we were creating - a real family space for us to all enjoy. However, we wanted extra wide planks (40x170cm) which are only available on special order, and we required a very large quantity of 86 boxes. One of the directors Austin liaised directly with the factory in Italy to seamlessly process the order for us. We are delighted with all our choices, and couldn't be happier with the finish and service we received for what is now our forever home."
