We're looking to strengthen the team with the recruitment of an experienced Showroom Advisor.

The independent tile and bathroom store is a popular choice for both the trade and public, boasting an array of contemporary and designer tiles along with stunning bathrooms. Favoured by customers for the team's helpful and honest sales approach, Real Stone & Tile prides itself on the unique way in which it operates.

Hard work is the key in this business as the showroom is constantly busy. The role will involve:

  • Providing first-class customer service, both face to face and over the phone
  • Understanding the needs of each individual and listening to their requirements
  • Offering guidance and design input no matter the size of job
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Helping out across all aspects of the showroom
  • Going the extra mile in everything you do

Excellent communication skills, sales experience in a retail environment and IT literacy are essential - knowledge of the tile or bathroom industry would be an advantage.

Located on Stanley Green Retail Park, Real Stone & Tile is open seven days a week and you will be expected to work at least one day at the weekend. Excellent salary will be offered to the successful applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

To apply, please email your CV to jobs@realstoneandtile.co.uk
